The Admissions Process
Request a Prospectus
You can request a prospectus pack via this page or by contacting Mrs Anna Bond, Secretary on 01926 514444 or email annab@crackleyhall.co.uk.
Admissions
Most pupils enter at Nursery, and then follow through to Reception. Some also join at age seven, though pupils are welcome at any age dependent on a place being available.
Visit the School
We encourage prospective pupils and their parents to visit us both formally and informally to get a true flavour of the school.
Open events for this academic year are as follows:
- Thursday 6 October - 10.00am to 3.00pm
- Tuesday 17 January - 10.00am to 3.00pm
- Saturday 24 March - 10.30am to 12.30pm
- Tuesday 15 May - 5.00pm to 8.00pm
We also have Nursery and Reception Information Evening on Thursday 14 June from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, a chance to find out more about Nursery and Reception at Crackley Hall and Little Crackers Nursery.
All are welcome at these events, there is no need to book.
Alternatively if you can't make our Open Day, telephone us and come on a day to suit you; you will get the opportunity to meet the Headmaster and have a tour of the school with some of our older pupils.
Register
Following a visit those interested in a place should then contact the school to arrange a taster day for their child. An application form should be completed and returned with a registration fee of £25 (non-returnable). Children in Years 1-6 will be given assessments in Mathematics and English during their day with us.
Offers
Following this taster day, confirmation of a place being offered would be made in writing. To secure your place return your completed admissions form with a deposit of £200. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the final term which the pupil spends at the school.
Induction
New pupils get the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the school, staff and fellow pupils at the end of the Summer Term.
